I have been working on incorporating figures into my paintings. Yep, it gets pretty boring just painting those serene landscapes, so I thought I'd keep working on improving my figures. Usually I end up throwing the work into the garbage, since I over work the faces, etc. But, I think I am actually getting it.
So here are two of my latest paintings. They are "Out Shopping" and "Taking your Order". Both are gouache on Canson 140 lb paper, 9 x 12.
