Did this one yesterday after getting frustrated with a red flower that I tried to paint. Beauty of gouache, I just added some water to the surface and scrubbed it all over the place and let it dry. Then started this painting. I did this on mat board about 6 x 8 in size. Makes me feel good about the weather getting into the 40's. So maybe spring is around the corner?All my artwork is for sale, if you have any interest in purchasing it, please let me know. I would be happy to share my coloristic visions!

ReplyDeleteThanks Cindy-this was one of the plein air session photos that I found interesting to paint. The best part of the plein air not only is the experience of being with other artists and learning, but the photos that I can work off of after the sessions.
